Referral Program – Terms of Participation

These terms govern participation in the referral program operated by Ali Ramazan Yildirim / ARY Tech Solutions ('Operator'). By sharing your referral code or requesting a payout, you accept these terms.
The German version of these terms is legally authoritative; translations are provided for convenience.
1. Scope and Operator
The referral program is operated by Ali Ramazan Yildirim / ARY Tech Solutions, Hebelstraße 1, 77880 Sasbach, Germany (see Imprint). These terms apply to all participants in addition to the general Terms and Conditions.
2. Participation
- Participation is open to existing customers who have received a valid personal referral code.
- Participation requires acceptance of these terms; consent is recorded when payout details are submitted in the customer portal.
- There is no entitlement to participate; the Operator may exclude participants for good cause.
3. Reward Tiers
- 1st referral: 3% discount on the current project price.
- 2nd referral: 6% discount on the price already reduced by prior referrals.
- 3rd referral: 9% discount (regular maximum).
- 9% is the maximum referral discount; further referrals do not increase the discount.
- Each discount is always applied to the most recently reduced price; a referral counts only once the referred customer's project has been commissioned and paid.
4. Payout
- Accumulated rewards are paid out by SEPA bank transfer within 7 working days after the IBAN has been submitted via the customer portal.
- Bank details are accepted exclusively through the encrypted customer portal — never by email. Cash payout is excluded.
- The IBAN is stored encrypted and deleted after the final payout; payment records are retained per statutory retention periods.
- For VAT purposes, payouts are treated as a subsequent reduction of the consideration for the referrer's project (Sec. 17 German VAT Act — UStG); corrected billing documents may be issued where required.
5. Taxes
Referral rewards may be subject to income tax for the recipient. Taxation of rewards is solely the participant's responsibility. The Operator does not provide tax advice.
6. Program Changes and Termination
The Operator reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the referral program at any time, in whole or in part, with effect for the future and without stating reasons — including by technical deactivation in the system. Discounts effectively credited and payout claims that arose before the change or termination remain unaffected. There is no entitlement to continuation of the program.
7. Abuse
- Self-referrals, fictitious customers, fake accounts, or other manipulation lead to exclusion from the program.
- In cases of abuse, rewards not yet paid out are forfeited; discounts obtained by deception may be reclaimed.
8. Data Protection
Details on the processing of personal data — in particular bank details for payouts — can be found in the Privacy Policy (/privacy), section on referral payouts.
9. Final Provisions
- German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
- Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
- The German version of these terms prevails in case of discrepancies.
